About Me:

Hey y'all! I'm Audrey. I'm a Personal Trainer turned Physical Therapist Assistant turned Stay-at-Home Mom out of Mississippi loving life with my husband, baby boy, 3 dogs, and a few quail. I have been on the journey of living a more natural and low toxin lifestyle for about 6 years now. 2 years ago my husband (finally) decided he wanted to join me. I have been a lover of doTERRA for the last 6 years, which is how I ultimately got started in this journey. Growing up I was always active and ate relatively clean, but it wasn't until I lived on my own that I realized how so many products out there are doing more harm than good. I have thought about sharing my experience and the products I use for years, but it wasn't until I quit my job as a LPTA to stay at home with our son that I finally decided to do it.
